Normal Rates

$175 per night for 1-4 guests, Each additional guest (aged 12+) $10.00 per guest per night

       $200 per night for 1-4 guests, Each additional guest (aged 12+) $10.00 per guest per night

 

****Minimum of 2 night stay during Normal rates, 3 night minimum stay during Peak Holiday rates ****

 

Policies

• 50% of stay holds reservation, remaining balance due one week prior to arrival unless prior arrangements are made, or full price is due if booking within 7 days of stay

• Payments can be made online, mailed, or made by phone. We accept major credit cards and PayPal online and by phone, money order or check by mail, or cash on arrival.

• 14 day notice of cancellation prior to stay is required for full refund.  Less than 14 days, 50% deposit is forfeited. Failure to cancel will result in full payment due.

• No refunds for early departure, including weather.

• We ask that you leave the kitchen sink clean and empty, dishes & coffee pot washed, and rooms clean and orderly.  Tie up trash and take out to the bin. Turn off thermostat and make sure all fires are out. 

• Do not leave trash or personal items out after dark. (Don't feed the bears or other critters!)

• Do not store fuel cans near the cabin.

• No pets.

• You must be 21 to rent the cabin. 

•  Check in: 4pm    Check out:  12 pm      

• There is no smoking in the cabin.  Please do not litter or throw butts on the grounds.

• General ATV Rules:

  • Do not make new trails on the property.

  • Ride only to and from trails.

  • No alcohol on ATVs.

  • Children under 16 must be with an adult.

  • Show respect when passing homes.
